The website drdorinasoltesz.com (the website) is operated by Dr. Dorina Soltész (the Service Provider). By beginning to use the website, every user accepts, by implied conduct, the terms of use and rules set out below.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Hungarian version of this document prevails.

1. Copyright

The website and the technical, graphic, software and other solutions, texts, images, data, information and other material appearing on it, together with their arrangement, are protected by copyright. Only the Service Provider is entitled to use them and to authorise each individual use.

Without the prior written permission of the Service Provider it is prohibited to use, reproduce, transfer, distribute, adapt or store the content of the website, in whole or in part, in any form.

2. Trade marks

Only the proprietor of the trade mark right is entitled to use the trade marks.

The Service Provider takes every care to ensure that the content published on the website is accurate and useful in relation to the subject of the website. In the event of a breach of this legal declaration the Service Provider will take the necessary legal steps. In matters not regulated by this declaration, the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services shall apply.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this legal declaration. Users will in every case be notified of amendments in this section of the website.
